By registering an account or claiming a subdomain on PromiDomains, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Subdomains are provided free of charge. Each account may hold up to 5 subdomains by default. We reserve the right to change limits at any time with notice.

All subdomain claims are manually reviewed before going live. We reserve the right to reject any claim without providing a reason, at our sole discretion.

You may not use subdomains for: phishing, spam, malware distribution, illegal content, brand impersonation, or any activity prohibited by applicable law. Violations result in immediate suspension.

DNS records are managed via Cloudflare. Propagation times are outside our control. We cannot guarantee specific TTLs or resolution times.

We may suspend or delete your account and all associated subdomains at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
