These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of eSignify ("Service"), operated by Tivro Web LTD ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to send documents for fraudulent purposes, impersonate any person, or violate any applicable law.
Signatures created through the Service are intended to comply with the EU eIDAS Regulation, the US ESIGN Act, and UETA. You are responsible for ensuring the legal validity of signatures in your jurisdiction and for specific document types.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@abhian.net of any unauthorised use.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tivro Web LTD. You retain ownership of documents you upload and signatures you create.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
