Classic Beef Tacos

Instructions
Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water. Stir and simmer 5 minutes until thickened.
Warm taco shells in the oven according to package directions (usually 2-3 minutes at 180°C).
Fill each shell with beef, then top with lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
Add a dollop of sour cream and guacamole. Splash with hot sauce.
Chef's Tips
Make your own seasoning: 1 tsp each of cumin, paprika, chili powder, and garlic powder. Much better than packets!
