2 stalks green onions, chopped

Marinade

6 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp grated Asian pear

Instructions

Pat the beef slices dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Whisk together soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, pepper, and grated pear in a large bowl.
