Keep the meat frozen until immediately before grilling to maintain its shape.
Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing sesame oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
Heat the grill plate to high heat. Place the frozen brisket curls on the grill.
The meat will uncurl and brown within seconds. Flip once immediately.
Remove immediately and dip into the oil-salt mixture.
